The FCT Abuja College of Nursing Sciences under the department of Health and Human Services secretariat invites suitable and qualified candidates for admission into Basic Nursing program.

Applications are invited from suitable/qualified candidates for admission into Basic Nursing Program at FCT College of Nursing Sciences, Gwagwalada.

Registration Period
The online application will commence on 9th January and end on January 12, 2024.

Entrance Examination is scheduled to hold on January 15, 2024.

 
Application Entry Requirements

i. Applicants must have obtained five credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology in either WAEC, GCE, NECO, or NABTEB, and these passes should not exceed two sittings.

ii. O-Level Certificate Combination:  Acceptable combinations include WAEC-WAEC, NECO-NECO, WAEC-NECO, and NABTEB-NABTEB.

iii. Age Requirement: Applicants should be at least 17 years old at the time of acquiring the application form.

iv. Candidates with awaiting results are not eligible.

v.  Pregnant candidates advised not to obtain the form.

 

Method of Application

  1. Visit our Website: https://consap.fcthhss.abj.gov.ng/nursing
  2. Initiate the online application.
  3. Applicants are required to make a non-refundable payment of N5,200 (comprising 5,000 Naira for the application form and 200 Naira for the FCT Nursing and Midwifery Committee) through the online application portal.
  4. Fill the Form: Complete the application form online.
  5. Print Your Registration Slip: Ensure you print your registration slip, as it will be a mandatory requirement during your visit to the school for the entrance examination.

Method of Screening
There will be Computer Based Test (CBT) covering English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Current Affairs. See details of Past Questions.

Note: Entrance examination will HOLD on the 15TH JANUARY, 2024.

Candidates should endeavor to print the registration slip which carries their examination Date, Time and Venue.

Academic Criteria
Entry Requirement: WAEC, GCE, NECO or NABTEB with Five (5) Credit Passes in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology at not more than two sittings.

Candidates must not be less than 17 years at the time of purchase of this form.
Pregnant candidates and candidates below the age of 17 (seventeen) years are advised not to obtain the form.

The entrance examination is a Computer Based Test (CBT) hence, Candidates must be computer literate.

Payment and application are to be completed through this portal via remita. The School will not be held responsible for any financial transaction outside this platform.

The application fee of Five thousand two hundred (N5,200) should be paid via remita on this platform.

The Application is open for Basic Nursing Programme only

Note that any falsification of information will lead to disqualification of application, thus, ensure that the information provided are correct and true.
