The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has filed a lawsuit against President Bola Tinubu over failure to probe missing USD2.1 billion and N3.1 trillion oil revenue funds used for fuel subsidy payments.

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) was created in 2004 and registered  under Nigerian laws  as a non-governmental, non-profit organization.

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has urged Nigeria's President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to setup a probe panel into the alleged US$2.1 billion and N3.1 trillion  fuel subsidy payment missing and unaccounted for between 2016 and 2019.
